Would anyone know what kind of material is durable and good in terms of look for driveway; I was suggested to use granite :D

Granite tiles are good for your driveway. They are strong and relatively low maintenence. Other choices include sandstone and limestone tiles.

bear in mind, a lot of stones in the market called as granite tiles, but they are not granite. I believe they look like granite, which can be sold in a good price. Therefore, the trader just call the similar stone as granite. What can we do?
