My ducted heating ceased working. There is pilot flame. But when I turn the controller on, it won't fire. I tested the fan by pushing in the fan control button and it is working. Where can I buy a Vulcan ducted heating controller?

I ended up with calling AGL assist and getting the thermostat replaced.
