What's the relationship between precipitation and surface elevation? Options · View

I understand the higher the surface elevation, the higher the precipitation. But I would like to know is any formula to describe these?

No formula for such calculations. I believe heaps research may have been done to try to work out a formula. But very unfortunate haven't find one.
