I cannot fully understand what is groundwater divide: can you see it or can touch it?

A groundwater divide generally forms a barrier to groundwater movement. Groundwater divides have nitceably divergent groundwater flow dirctions on either side of the divide with water table sloping away from the divide.

groundwater divide is a kind of hydraulic boundaries, which locations are influenced by the presence of physical features - topographic lows that hold major rivers and a topographic high. it would be easier to understand if i could show you a figure for a groundwater divide.
