SEEP/W is a very good software for calculation of seepage rate for road cut, dam cut so on.

Summary about SEEP/W: A two-dimensional, variably saturated, finite element code, which is particularly useful for sectional modelling of seepage through embankments and other geotechnical problems, but may also be used for 2-dimensional plan-form modelling with complex lateral boundaries.
