I'm writing a paper for an Employment Law class. I need to know the specific act or law or something that which gives employees the right to wear certain clothing if it's a religious requirement.

My prompt is to write about legalities of dress codes for a company that is writing a dress code. I want to cover the religious aspect.

Any help will be appreciated! But anything I state I need to back up with a law.

idk theres this thing that i thought was a mole on my back, but my mom said it was a skin tag. Can you have those on your back?

Anywho my mom said shes going to talk to the doctor about getting it removes because it annoys me :/

what exactly is a skin tag? I read something about a tumor but they only are in places like the armpit and groin it said.

you can have skin tags anywhere. I used to have quite few around my neck, quite small ones. I didn't pay any attention on them. after read your question, and I went to a mirror and could see any skin tags left on my neck. Dont worry too much, the skin tags are part of your skin, harmless although they don't look good. Removal wont cause you any harm either!
