My son will be taking the SEAL test next May 2012 at Box Hill High School.I am organising a tutor for him very soon. Is there any way of finding out what they will be testing him on and whether there are any sample tests that he could practice?

Box Hill High School SEAL test may use their own test, but the test format should be similar to the select entry test format. You can find the sample test papers on the page.

Selection for the program involves an aptitude test, a mathematical reasoning test and a creative writing exercise. Primary school teachers and parents will be asked to provide further information. Other aspects of the selection process include interviews with students and parents.

You can also use selective schools and scholarship books to prepare the SEAL test.
