The benefit of using instances of classes instead of links in the sequence diagrams in EA

Use instance of classes instead of link in the sequence diagram to eliminate the need to check out the class model. Then use link of the instances to avoid too many duplicates in the sequence diagram. However, multiple instances of the same class can be used in the sequence diagram.
