Dear friends,

If you are out of workforce, and you want to go back to the workforce again, the most important things are to recharge yourself during this period and to learn as much as you can to make yourself even more competitive. Off course, you should enjoy spare time with your family, but no time can be wasted!!

You might have worked really hard, you might have been exhausted. It's time for you to have a good rest. At meantime, read, read and read. Once you get back to the workforce, you would find you would not have much time to read books. You can learn a lot from your reading.

I have talked to a friend who was made redundant at earlier of this year. She read a lot of books: different books in technical, marketing strategies, personal skill and novel. She went to back the workforce after a little while, and found she doesn't have time to read books now. She told me that she has borrowed a lot of books, but doesn't have time to read!

Remember, read, read and read. You'll never regret.
