I have read an article titled "Watch your mouth at work - Honesty is valued in the office but sometimes you just need to shut up" in MyCareer, 5th September 2009. It talked about if your colleagues are avoiding you, it might be the things you have said.... But what did you say? Could you recall?
The author suggested you might have said the following sentences:
1. Here's how we did it in my old job - if you always talk about your old job, why you move to this new job: who cares about what you did or how your old company did? 2. Yes, I'll do that. And that and that - don't promise you can do everything. Do what you can do and take your real work. 3. It's not my fault - who like to work with a person who always found excuses to blame others whenever needed? 4. I'm too busy to take leave - don't think people would care if you work without or with a break: take a break whenever you need! 5. Geez I'm crook - have a rest if you don't feel well!
And more....
Do you think it's important?
